When their screened porch rotted, the owners decided to replace it with a sunroom and add outdoor deck space for barbeques and gatherings.
Quirk's design also gave the family a bigger kitchen eating area and better traffic flow within the house. The addition draws natural light deep into the house, and makes a more natural connection with the outdoors.
"We love it! We no longer feel cut off from our own back yard," says the owner.
